Food Journal and Mindfulness
Improve your nutrition, your health and mindfulness. This month's nutrition challenge is about mindfulness where we will journal our food and drink for 21 days. Food journaling is a great tool that helps you become aware of your nutrient intake and helps you eat a more balanced diet and improve mindful eating. You can use the My Fitness Pal app. There is a free version or you can upgrade and pay $10 for a better version. If you want a copy of my food journal log sheets I use with my Nutrition coaching clients let me know, and I'll give you a copy when I see you in the studio. At the end of 21 days, join me for a free Faith & Fitness class on June 1st.
21 Day Challenge- Strengthen and Stretch Your Body and Faith
I was inspired to create this month's challenge because of our National Day of Prayer (on Thursday, May 4th at 7pm) where Christians pray for our nation. This month's 21 day fitness challenge is to combine our faith with fitness. This challenge starts May 12th. Exercise for 1
21 Day Challenge- Strengthen and Stretch Your Body and Faith
I was inspired to create this month's challenge because of our National Day of Prayer (on Thursday, May 4th at 7pm) where Christians pray for our nation. This month's 21 day fitness challenge is to combine our faith with fitness. This challenge starts May 12th. Exercise for 10 to 30 minutes of everyday by yourself or with a friend (walk, ride a bike, stretch, or exercise with me in the studio) and while you're exercising your challenge is to pray out loud or you can recite bible verses. I write down bible verses on note cards and recite them during my exercise. On June 1st, join me for a free Faith & Fitness Class where we will exercise, pray and praise God together.
