SMALL GROUP CLASSES (6-8 persons)
We offer small group classes including Pilates Mat for 4-6 persons and Essentrics classes for 5-8 persons.
Small classes allow the instructor to offer modifications to everyone and group class clients receive personal attention.
JANUARY, FEBRUARY & MARCH CLASSES:
All classes require a reservation in advance. Be sure to call at least 24 hours before classes begin to reserve a spot.
There is a 2 person minimum for classes to be held.
If you are the only one signed up for class, then 24 hours prior to class, we will call you to cancel class. You have an option
to take a private class for an additional $15.
Required: Bring your own mat to classes.
If you'd like to start classes after a 4 week series has started, we can prorate your first month's fees.
Your first payment will include your first partial month prorated, plus your next month in full.
Our small studio holds 8 persons in an Essentrics class and 6 persons in a Pilates Mat class.
Monday- 10:15am: Essentrics- for all levels; beginners are welcome
Wednesday- 10:15am: Essentrics/Barre- for all levels; beginners are welcome
Friday- 10:15am: Pilates Mat with Props -Level 2 -EVERYONE MUST BEGIN WITH LEVEL 1 CLASSES FIRST).
Saturday-10:15am: Essentrics/Stretch & Release- for all levels; beginners are welcome
4 WEEK SERIES: SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 3RD TO SATURDAY, MARCH 3RD

Friday- 10:15am: Pilates Mat with Props- Level 2
Saturday-10:15am: Essentrics/Stretch & Release (no class February 10th; make up class is March 10th).

Pilates Mat With Props - Level 2
This intermediate class is for clients who have experience with Pilates and have taken an Intro to Pilates Class or a series of beginner classes. Exercises are enhanced by using props for greater resistance ( i.e. Fitness Circles®, Flex-Bands®, small Toning Balls®, Foam Rollers). Each class you attend will be a little different and always fun! If you want to join this class, call uyou have osteoporosis, or back pain you can consider joining private Pilates YUR Back sessions or a Small Group Class.
Pilates Mat -Beginner Series- Level 1
Build strength and increase flexibility using your own body weight. Learn how to create a energizing and mindful experience. This class is offered for beginner students on a periodic basis and can be taken prior to joining our Pilates Mat With Props classes. Check the schedule or call the studio to find out when the next series is starting.
Classes are great for all levels. Dynamic stretching and non-impact exercises will improve your balance and flexibility while decompressing your joints and spine. This class improves your flexibility, balance and mobility around your joints. Modifications are given to challenge different levels. Feel taller, leaner and more energized after every class.

Essentrics/Stretch and Release - Plus Foam Rolling
This combo class is for all levels. Class includes 30 minutes of Essentrics dynamic stretching, followed by a stretching and foam rolling on the mat. This class improves flexibility, mobility, core strength and improves sports performance. Foam rolling and therapeutic stretching will release tight fascia and trigger points. The foam rolling portion of this class is not for persons with back pain or osteoporosis.
