Our Small Group Classes are 50 minutes and hold 6-8 persons maximum.
You are required to sign up for your chosen classes at the beginning of the month.
Pilates Mat Sculpt
Utilizing the classical Pilates method and small props (Magic Circles, Therabands, balls, weights, etc.) this 55 minute mat class will totally transform your body. Feel longer, leaner and taller after each class! Benefits include better core strength, flexibility and posture, streamlined muscle tone, relief from back and joint pain, weight loss and a happier you! In Pilates Sculpt, we work the muscles to efficiency and not fatigue so that you leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and energized. Please bring a soft cushioned mat to classes.

Intro Series to Pilates Circuit Training For Bone Building & Balance
This beginner class is for persons who want to learn proper posture and build stronger bones using Pilates springs and other apparatus. Circuit Training classes include use of the studio's Pilates apparatus, including the Reformer, Tower, Magic Circles, Balls, Bands, etc. You will use the Pilates apparatus spring resistance for building strength and bones, and challenge your balance. This 55 minute Pilates Class includes a standing warm up, a Pilates Mat sequence that will be modified for persons with osteopenia or osteoporosis, followed by a Circuit Training workout to build a stronger core, improved muscle tone and stronger bones. Modifications will be given to persons with osteopenia and osteoporosis.

4 Week Series: $40 for May 2, 9, 16, 23
May 2nd's class is an Orientation to Pilates Circuit Training Class which you must be present for.
Single Class: $15
Essentrics Stretch & Tone/Barre: This class combines 30 minutes of our Essentrics Stretch & Tone Class, followed by 20 minutes of toning and stretching using the ballet bar or chair. The use of the ballet bar makes it possible to add a third dimension in order build core strength and elongate muscles without building bulk. This class is not for persons with injuries or pain.

Senior/Beginner Essentrics- Forever Painless/Barre - This beginner, Essentrics class offers a slower and therapeutic approach to stretching and strengthening and is designed for anyone who has stiffness, chronic pain, osteoporosis, osteopenia, previous sports injuries, atrophy and scar tissue. The fluid movements similar to tai chi promote health and balance as well as the healing techniques of physiotherapy that drive out pain. This class uses a chair as needed and includes 25 minutes of standing stretching and toning, followed by 25 minutes of barre work using a chair. Persons with injuries and recent surgeries must have a medical clearance from their physician prior to joining classes. This class is an affordable class for seniors ages 60 and up!

Faith & Fitness: This monthly series includes 30 minutes of a fitness class and may include stretching, toning and some light, non-impact aerobic exercise, followed by 25 minutes of a bible study. Classes are for all fitness levels! Click on the Faith & Fitness page for more information on the type of classes and the bible study that will be offered for the current month.

180 Lifestyle Training Classes: This class includes weight loss coaching and a support group, and is one of the free perks to our nutrition members enrolled in the 180 Turnaround Program for weight loss. You will watch a short nutrition video lesson and mind makeover video lesson each week and then we will talk about your lessons and successes in a 30 minute lifestyle coaching class in person or by phone. This class meets for 13 weeks. The first orientation class begins the 1st week in May and includes a detox/cleanse. If you have to miss one of your classes, you will be able reschedule a class at another time.
