Essentrics classes are for persons of all fitness levels. Beginners and seniors are welcome to join our group classes.  Essentrics is a full body stretching and toning class that uses your own body weight.  Essentrics™ dynamically combines strengthening and stretching to develop a stronger, toned body with the complete ability of moving each joint and muscle freely and with full range of motion.  Classes include slow to moderate paced, dynamic stretching with a focus on increasing range of motion and improving full body mobility.  Essentrics™ is also for persons who are recovering from an injury but still want to keep their body active.  If you are looking for a safe fitness program, Essentrics™ can help stretch and strengthen your body in a gentle, effective way.
