About Pilates
Jean Marie Fitness & Pilates offers private Pilates sessions and Partner Pilates sessions in our personal training studio. We also offer Small Group Pilates Circuit Training, an equipment based Pilates workout, for 3 to 4 persons in our personal training studio and we offer Mat Pilates Group Classes in our Fitness Studio.
Our studio consists of two STOTT PILATES® reformer machines and a variety of STOTT PILATES® mats, balls, flex bands, fitness circles and foam rollers.
We can expertly customize and modify Pilates programs for a broad range of people from deconditioned individuals to athletes. From head to toe, Pilates is a balanced way to give focus to your workout and achieve a revitalized awareness of your body.

Private Pilates Sessions -
Taking private sessions is the best way to learn the Pilates method and allows the instructor to instruct a tailor made Pilates workout for the client. We recommend our clients begin with a series of 5 to 10 private sessions first prior to enrolling in Partner or Pilates Small Group sessions.
Partner Sessions -
Partner sessions involve 2 clients sharing their Pilates sessions together on the Reformers.
Our Group Fitness Programs Include:
-Mat Pilates - taking Pilates on the mat is a great place to start your Pilates sessions. We offer Mat Pilates group classes in our fitness studio, located next to our personal training studio. Click on the Group Fitness Header above for more information.
Prerequisites: New students can call to schedule a free 15 minute Intro to Pilates class that can be scheduled 15 minutes prior to most Mat Pilates group classes.
-Pilates Circuit Training - this challenging, Pilates ciruit training workout is a high energy, circuit training workout that consists of the best of all Pilates exercises and uses all of our studio's Pilates equipment in our personal training studio. Exercises include the hundred, rollups, squat/rowing, long stretch, up stretch, elephant, foot work, pushups, squats, side leg lift series, and more! Each class offers different exercises so you are never bored!
Prerequisites- Persons must complete a series of at least 10 private sessions first, prior to enrolling in this challenging group circuit workout. Persons must demonstrate the ability to set up their equipment independently prior to joining a group.
