About Personal Training with Jean Marie Fitness & Pilates
Personal Fitness Training sessions may include cardiovascular conditioning, resistance training, flexibility, balance training, and scientifically researched, nutrition guidelines. Your personal training sessions are tailor made for your goals and needs and we will design and instruct your sessions with your strengths and weaknesses in mind. The goal of our personal training programs is to help women create optimal fitness and health and be consistent with their exercise.
What's Optimal Fitness and Fitness?
We believe optimal fitness and health for women can be described as having a body fat measurement of 18%-24% body fat, a waist circumference of less than 30 inches, and having little or no medical risks.
Personal Training Programs Offered
Private Training- Choose 1 hour or 30 minute single sessions at our regular rates, or purchase a package of 5, 10 or 20 sessions and receive a discount on your sessions. All packages include sessions that are 55 minutes in length.
Partner Training - For 2 persons interested in working out together. Partner sessions are great for friends, coworkers and for a mom and daughter. Choose a package of 5, 10 or 20 sessions and both persons receive a discount on their sessions.
Group Training Sessions - For 3 to 4 persons interested in working out together. All small group training sessions are 1 hour in length. Ask us about joining a small group that we may already have in session, or get your own group of friends together.
Group Fitness Programs - Our group fitness classes are more than just another gym class. Individualized attention is given to all group fitness members and complementary before and after assessments are offered monthly. Also included is complementary nutrition and wellness coaching. For more information about our group fitness programs, give us a call. Our group fitness classes will begin end of February/begining of March in our new fitness studio. Special offers on new memberships will be offered to a limited number of new participants. Give us a call for more information.
What's the Difference Between Personal Fitness Training Sessions & Pilates Sessions?
The main difference between personal fitness training and Pilates is that in our personal fitness training sessions, we instruct exercises using a variety of gym equipment and in Pilates sessions exercises are instructed on our Pilates equipment.
What's the Difference Between Small Group Training and Your Group Fitness Programs?
Our small group training sessions are for 3 to 4 women who are interested in sharing their personal training sessions with other women at an affordable rate. Small group training sessions are held in our personal training studio. Our Group Fitness Programs consist of a variety of fitness classes including Fit Camp (our version of boot camp), Mat Pilates, Yoga, and Essentrics. Our fitness studio is located next to our personal training and Pilates studio. Our group fitness classes hold 5-10 women per class. Cost effective monthly and bimonthly memberships are available!
